How to delete email templates in bulk in salesforce in few clicks?

 Let's ask few questions to ourself about Salesforce Email Templates:

1. Can we clone multiple Email Templates in single click?

Answer is BIG NO. Salesforce standard email templates setup doesn't provide these bulk features. In case, if an admin has to perform these actions, then admin would have to open each and every template one by one and perform the required action.

Few simple steps to delete multiple Email Templates in few clicks

1. Open the BOFC Home > Click "Delete Email Templates"

2. It will open below screen to Delete Email Templates. Select type of template as Classic or Lightning.

3. Once the template type is selected, it will load all the folders of the templates for the selected type.

4. Select the name of the folder and it will automatically load all the email templates. Select single or multiple templates (by pressing CTRL). Once ready, click on "Delete" button to initiate the process.

5. Once the "Delete" button is clicked, it will delete the selected templates and will share the status on the page.
