Let's ask few questions to ourself about Salesforce Email Templates:
1. Can we export multiple Email Templates in single click?
2. Can we delete multiple Email Templates in single click?
3. Can we Clone multiple Email Templates in single click?
Answer is BIG NO. Salesforce standard email templates setup doesn't provide these bulk features. In case, if an admin has to perform these actions, then admin would have to open each and every template one by one and perform the required action.
These type of work requests would take much more effort and time, but with our Salesforce Appexchange application Bulk Object Field Creator (BOFC), admin can clone multiple Email Templates in few clicks.
Few simple steps to clone multiple Email Templates in few clicks
1. Open the BOFC Home > Click "Clone Email Templates"
2. It will open below screen to Clone Email Templates and select type as "Classic"
3. Once the "Classic" template type is selected, it will load all folders with classic email templates.
4. Select the name of the folder and it will automatically load all the email templates as highlighted.
5. Select single or multiple templates (by pressing CTRL). Once ready, click on "Clone Templates" button to initiate the process.
6. Once the "Clone Templates" buttons is clicked, it will open a popup with some fields to fill. Once the information is filled
